You have decided its time to get your card! Well the process is pretty simple and here is what to expect. 

 

1) You will complete your payment for the doctor.

2) You will then fill out some paperwork so the doctor knows more about you!

3) You and the doctor chat it up and we send over your recommendation

4) Upload to the state portal at www.omma.ok.gov

Our doctors are normally very quick however they are superwomen and see multiple types of patients a day. Be patient and one will be with you as quickly as they can. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing Med Recs.
